XTD offers a wide range of seamless capillary tubing, available in stainless steel, nickel alloys, duplex and titanium.

Our capillary tubes are characterized by tight tolerances with precise dimensional accuracy, it smooths and cleans bright surfaces and is free from oil, grease, and other particles. This ensures an optimized flow of liquids and gases for all kind of industrial applications.

Wide Temperature Range: Stainless steel capillary tubing can operate over a wide range of temperatures, including very low and high temperature conditions.

Excellent Abrasion Resistance: The abrasion resistance of stainless steel tubing makes it less susceptible to damage over long periods of time and maintains the smoothness of the inner wall of the pipe.

The capillary tubes are either annealed (hardness < 180HV) or hard drawn (hardness 260-330 HV) stainless steel.

The tolerances are according to EN10216-5 TC1/ISO 1127 D4/T3, ASTM A 269/A 213, or closer.

Hardness:

Bright annealed: yield strength 500 – 700 N/mm²

Half hard: yield strength 700 – 800 N/mm²

Hard drawn: yield strength 800 – 900 N/mm²

Extra hard: yield strength >1000 N/mm²

Lengths:

Single random of 3.5 to 6 meters
